Respecting the provisions of current legislation, DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. undertakes to adopt the necessary technical and organisational measures, using a level of security appropriate to the risk of the data collected.
Laws incorporated into this privacy policy
This privacy policy has been drafted in accordance with current Spanish and European legislation on the protection of personal data on the Internet. Specifically, it respects the following legislation:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of 27 April 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (GDPR).
- Spanish Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPD-GDD).
- Spanish Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).
Identity of the data controller
DEKKER EVENTS, S.L., with Tax ID: B95421624 and registered office at Calle Zabalbide 21B-Lonja, 48600-Sopelana, Bizkaia, is responsible for the processing of the user’s personal data. It is registered in the Mercantile Register of Bizkaia, volume 4691, folio 144, page BI-46.211, 1st inscription.
Principles governing data processing
The processing of the user’s personal data shall be subject to the following principles set out in article 5 of the GPDR and in article 4 et seq. of Organic Law 3/2018, of 5 December, on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights:
- Principle of lawfulness, fairness and transparency: the consent of the user is required at all times after he/she has received fully transparent information about the purposes for which personal data are collected.
- Purpose limitation: personal data shall be collected with specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
- Principle of data minimisation: the personal data collected shall be limited to what is strictly necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
- Principle of accuracy: the personal data should be accurate and kept up to date.
- Principle of storage limitation: personal data shall be kept only in a form which permits identification of the user for as long as is necessary for the purposes of the processing.
- Principle of integrity and confidentiality: personal data shall be processed in a manner that guarantees security and confidentiality.
- Principle of proactive responsibility: DEKKER EVENTS, S.L, shall be responsible for ensuring compliance with the above principles.
Category of personal data
The categories of data processed by DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. are only identifying data. Under no circumstances are special categories of personal data, covered under article 9 of the GDPR, processed on this website.
Purposes of processing
To maintain a commercial relation with the user. The operations foreseen to carry out the processing are:
- To manage the sale of tickets through the software of Impronta Soluciones S.L., with which the corresponding contract has been signed, and whose conditions the user expressly accepts.
- The sending of newsletters, for which only an e-mail address is required.
- The sending of communications and information about other events and concerts if the user expressly accepts this during the purchase process.
- To manage usage statistics.
- To process data relating to own and third-party cookies in order to analyse the user’s browsing habits and improve services. Further detail can be found in the Legal Notice and Cookies Policy.
- The capture and possible dissemination of the image/voice of users attending the concert or festival will mean that his/her image may be captured and recorded on video in order to carry out advertising campaigns and disseminate the festival or event through the organisation’s own media such as website, posters, social networks, etc. or third-party media. This will always be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Organic Law 1/1982 of 5 May on civil protection, the right to honour, personal and family privacy, and one’s own image.
- Social networks: Our website may integrate social network plug-ins or add-ons. DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. will process data only to the extent allowed by social networks for corporate profiles. When you become a fan, follower or similar of our company on the different social networks, DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. can only consult or unsubscribe your data in a restricted way as it has a specific profile. Any rectification of your data or restriction of information or publications must be carried out through the configuration of your profile or user with the social network itself. Therefore, you expressly authorise the processing of your personal data in the context of said social network and in accordance with its privacy policies.
Legitimisation of the processing of your data
This processing is legitimised through article 6 of GDPR, as follows:
- With the consent of the user: express acceptance of the ticket sales conditions of DEKKER EVENTS, S.L., and Impronta Soluciones S.L., sending of newsletters, processing of third-party cookies, use of social networks.
- In the legitimate interest of DEKKER EVENTS, S.L., to carry out market research, statistical analysis, etc. and to process orders, requests, etc. at the request of the user.
Data retention
They shall be kept for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing or for as long as there are legal stipulations requiring their safekeeping. When no longer necessary for that purpose, they shall be erased with appropriate security measures to ensure the anonymisation of the data or their total deletion.
Data recipients
No communication of personal data to third parties is foreseen except, if necessary, for the development and implementation of the purposes of the processing, to our service providers for managing communications and developing the website. With said providers, the Data Controller has signed the confidentiality and data processor contracts required by current privacy regulations.

With regard to the information provided by the user through social networks, the user should change the configuration through the profile of each social network. This allows him/her to configure the information he/she wishes to make public in each case, check the permissions granted and delete or deactivate what is not of interest to him/her, such as any third-party application that he/she no longer wishes to use.
Rights
The rights of the user are as follows:
- Right to withdraw consent at any time.
- Right to access, rectification, portability and erasure of his/her data, and the right to restrict or object to the processing.
- The right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (www.aepd.es) if the user considers that the processing does not comply with the regulations in force.
Security measures
That in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force on personal data protection, DEKKER EVENTS, S.L. is complying with all provisions of the GDPR and LOPDGDD regulations for the processing of personal data under its responsibility, and with the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are processed lawfully, fairly and transparently in relation to the data subject and are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
DEKKER EVENTS, S.L., guarantees that it has implemented appropriate technical and organisational policies to apply the security measures established by the RGPD and LOPDGDD in order to protect the rights and freedoms of users and has provided them with the appropriate information so that they can exercise said rights and freedoms.
